Very collaborative. My role works cross-functionally with many organizations at Seagen and I find people to be very open, dedicated, and willing to do their part to meet timelines and deadlines. Helping patients is a theme that resonates through the organization and motivates people. I enjoy my job and my colleagues. I have worked for other biotechnology companies and this is by far my favorite. I encourage anyone to tak a closer look. Note: Not everyone is happy in every company so there will always be naysayers. I would put Seagen up against any company, any day of the week.

We are growing very rapidly so the culture is harder to maintain, particularly when that growth came during Covid.

        - Rapidly growing company - Scientists are extremely smart and friendly to work with - Face-time with director-level and higher staff not uncommon - CEO is friendly and has weekly meetings to entire company - Great benefits package - Culture committed to patients

        - Pay slightly lower than expected (but WA has no state income tax so it's not terrible)

Anyone have any experience interviewing with BASF?

      Marketing Manager

Went through multiple rounds of interviews for a manager role (Screening, hiring manager, group panel) and yesterday got an email inviting me to the final round with the VP. Only 2 hours after I responded and the recruiter sent an invite for the interview, I get an email saying they “are actually going a different direction for the role”. Upset yet another opportunity yanked away. I emailed back politely asking what happened to cause this sudden change for feedback purposes. Any thoughts (cont)

Hi, I had an interview Thursday. Back story, I worked with this company a few years ago for 2 years. I ended up quitting, I had applied because they are under new management. I explained to the manager everything that happened etc. She told me that there was high competition this hiring round. After the interview she said if all went well she would contact me with an update. (Yes/no) I reached out Thursday evening but the other manager didn't have an answer. (Check comments for the rest)
