    Good insight into basic sales, a good entry level role to walk into and develop commercial mindset

    Very cut throat, very short sighted, no long term strategy or vision, unprofessional culture and attitude towards clients

    Search Consultancy Ltd is a great company to work for hence my long service of 14 years with them.
    I would recommend this organisation to work for as they are specialist in recruitment which provides anyone in this industry with an excellent foundation and platform to work from.
    I will miss my Search Family

    The staff are all warm, friendly and welcoming
    The company stand by their core values
    Training is fluid and provides a great level of clarity and information
    It is a company that makes you want to come to work on a Monday!
    Good Commission Scheme

    Not as many incentives as other companies, however the ones in place are very competitive in comparison
