    Pros

    Excellent support from corporate! They work as a team and encourage all offices to work together as teaming partners.

    Cons

    There haven't been any since I started in 2009! The model works for big billers and the recruiter just starting out. The support is the same regardless of revenue generated.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the great work!

    Excellent culture! Close working group that makes all employees apart of their family.

    Rapidly expanding and constantly setting new goals.

    Great environment for hungry young professionals

    Cons

    Steep learning curve. You need to be able to absorb information and implement techniques rapidly.

    Pros

    The vision and direction of SearchPath is ultimately what attracted me to the company. The ability and desire to genuinely help those in career transition is the cornerstone of our business. It's very fulfilling to assist others in defining their specific career objectives and helping them reach their goals through a number of different outlets.

    Cons

    While everything that is happening with our growth is positive, companies that are expanding rapidly must continue to improve their communication and organization to avoid confusion.

    Advice to Management

    Trust the model. Continue to invest. Keep up the good work.

    Pros

    There are few jobs out there that truly offer unlimited income potential and complete lifestyle flexibility and this is one of them. I am so thankful to have found recruiting and I cannot see myself doing anything else. As a recruiter and a franchise owner, I have been able to design a job that allows me to set my own hours and still make as much money as I want to. I work hard, but I can scale up and scale back as needed to fit my life. In addition, I love what I do. It is very rewarding to connect people with great opportunities and to help my clients find long term employees that are exactly what they are looking for.

    Cons

    While recruiting allows enormous flexibility, it still requires hard work and it isn't for everyone. To be successful, you must be self-disciplined and capable of setting goals and following them through, even without a boss telling you to. If you don't commit to a schedule and set clear expectations, you will not succeed as an Owner/Recruiter.

    Advice to Management

    Owning a SearchPath franchise is an outstanding opportunity, but it is important to make sure that franchises are only given to those people who are truly committed to be being successful and setting clear expectations.

    As an intern, I had the opportunity to make a big impact on many exciting projects. I was strongly encouraged to take risks and develop new ideas. A lot of room for personal growth within the company.

    Franchise owners are willing to help each other out with searches

    Doesn't seem to be much competence at the corporate level on how to run a franchisor.

    Advice to Management

    Hire people to support your franchise organizations who are competent and organized, and who can deliver good training courses. You need to have a strong infrastructure support system in order to run a successful franchise organization.
