I worked at Sears part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Hours , learning how to merchandize, create signs, follow planograms and experience with different customers.

    Cons

Customers got out of hand, management and HR only cared about themselves, management was full of drama and the store was dirty.

    Advice to Management

Hire great people that can actually be managers. My managers were very unprofessional, started drama for no reason, only became involved when district came around and were having relations with coworkers when they were married. Be careful who you hire at the end of the day.
