    Pros

    Need a little extra cash, flexible hours.

    Cons

    Have to be aggressive to generate decent commission, sometimes you get stuck at the registers assisting members and loose commission to other associates.

    Advice to Management

    Revisit pay structure to keep associates.

    Pros

    Good hours, decent pay when customers come in, vacation time and pay. Job security is there with no fear of being replaced

    Cons

    Constant pressure from management. Fear of losing job over company saying they're changing their outlook and slimming down company stores
