    Had some great managers
    Stayed with the company 6 years
    Tips during trees were great
    Great Reference from a couple of the managers

    Cons

    Outdoor Job
    Had some poor managers
    Gender related work issues
    Rudely got fired without being really fired

    Advice to Management

    Don't allow the management at each of your lots to change from year to year. It gives previous employees with a lack of comfort in your company.

    Advice your managers to talk to your employees if there are concerns and not open dress them in front of the rest of the employees.
