      Pros

Work with some great people. Great wine list and menu that changes.

      Cons

Poor side work structure. The server's sections should be based on experience, ability, and time with company.

      Pros

It's good for people that are still in school. If u work there only for few nights.

      Cons

U are server, food runner, basser and cleaner. They have perfect system they call "freshness " . Which is really ironic ,cause with that system , u can actually feel on yore one skin how slaves felt and lived in the past. Even if u have one table and u only made 20$ u need to stay 2-3h doing side work . There is no common sense there it's strictly forbidden . I'm talking about downtown location in Chicago. Maybe other places are different but system is same everywhere. U clean yore table , u bring the food and drinks and there is a rule "full hands in and out", which means u drop dirty plates and take clan ones , when u drop them on the line chef asks u to take and drop food for some table, that's not yores , and when u drop food u take there dirty plates and go again ,and again , and again.....If u lacky ,maybe ,u can do something for yore guest in that run.

      Pros

Co-workers on most days. Great food and happy hour. Piano bar and overall atmosphere. Contest and gift card. Core Values

      Cons

The variety of human irrationality that one encounters working in a service industry. Unnecessary amounts of side work.

      Pros

      Cons

work holidays, tons of side work(about 1.5 hours worth), HH SUCKS for the server. You can have a table of 4 and their bill only be 60 dollars and they stay there for 4 hours

      Pros

pay is average, open door policy...

      Cons

A bit much for side work since corporate did away with the cleaning crew... I’m surprised that Darden allows employees to work for $5.00 an hour after the restaurant is closed to clean the restaurant for less then minimum wage
