I have been working at Seasons Hospice & Palliative Care full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Good Pay, Fair Benefits, couple of good Doc's and fellow co-workers (not very many happy people work here...hard to find the pros)

    Cons

OMG where do you want to start. Middle managers are a JOKE!!!!! All based on favortism and not experience or skill. Stay as far away from this company as you can. Hospice of the Chesapeake is a much better company with better pay in the same areas, Gilchrest is also a much better option.

    Advice to Management

Train your middle managers better or hire more experienced middle managers. Stop allowing back stabbing, cliques and personality differences to be the driving force behind your middle managers decisions. Wonder why your attrition rates are so poor.....LOOK in the mirror.

Hire some human beings that have souls to be true leaders.
