    Recommends
    Positive Outlook

I have been working at Seastar full-time

    Pros

Great work environment, and positivity is flowing through out every inch of the restaurant. Supportive management team, and extensive training helps you to become a well developed employee.

    Cons

Menu can be challenging and once you finally learn and feel comfortable, it is probable to change within the following weeks. Stay Long enough and some Items are sure to repeat themselves.

    Advice to Management

Possible creating the opportunity for those who are new comers to go through and more extensive learning and training program. Test taking after each training session might help in adequacy.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Neutral Outlook

I worked at Seastar part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Great Food, Good Drinks, and a few okay people to work with. Most of your peers are using cocaine which is part of the restaurant business but at Seastar it gets a bit excessive.

    Cons

Horrendous Tips (bar), Management treats you like a peasant.

    Advice to Management

    Micromanaging is your downfall.
