Pros
I only stayed a few months (see cons) so I had zero positive experiences.
Cons
This was several years ago. During the interviews, I was lied to about many things. It only took me being on the job for a week to realize this. I was told the company was thriving financially, I would be able to hire a team right away, and I would be in charge of selecting a new marketing tool. Several people in high up positions because they were related to the owner or friends with the owner's son, and they had no prior real world experience. Salary was not competitive and they would not negotiate.
