    Pros

Great pay! Good company to work for did everything they said they would including paying bonuses and even sign on bonuses.

    Cons

Must team drive so if you don't have a team partner they may assist you in finding one, but driving with a stranger regularly isn't pleasant.

    Pros

    Brand New fleet of trucks.

    Cons

Everything from pay to loads. The company is not knowledgeable. They need to get their act together. They like to blame drivers for anything and everything.
*They say they have a guaranteed pay but when it boils down to it, they actually pay a lot less than posted.
*Loads were not what we expected. Lots of sitting around. Given loads for a team that were set up for solo drivers.

    Advice to Management

    Tell the truth. Be honest.
