I have been working at Secureworks full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Challenging work. Very flexible for time and location. Has a culture of problem solving.

    Cons

HR issues are slow to resolve. Secureworks relies on the Dell HR systems, and the local HR reps do not always display the best customer service skills.

    Advice to Management

Ensure HR is acting as a true employee advocate, and practices customer relations skills.

I have been working at Secureworks full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Security focused Decent internal mobility 800lb gorilla in the market

    Cons

Immature management Focus is on politics, not results. Not woman, minority, LGBT, or non-christian friendly AT ALL Handles internal matters very poorly

    Advice to Management

Welcome the 21st century in to your business! The old-boy Southern Baptist network needs to go if you're going to continue to grow and copete with modern technology companies. You cannot treat well-payed and highly respected security professionals like factory workers, and you cannot carry your prejudices with you out of the local Atlanta market and continue to succeed.
