I worked at Securiguard Services part-time

    Pros

Flexible schedule, pick your own shifts, lots of extra work if you need hours.

    Cons

Some locations pay is low as compared to the work required, can't switch shifts once selected.

    Advice to Management

Please take good care of employees, that help you in tough situations.

    Pros

A very short commute to contract, not that many problems to deal with to have to contact local authorities.

    Cons

There are days that are very quiet. After the contract was bought by another company, severe personality conflicts.

    Advice to Management

Have weekly meetings one on one or as a group. Act appropriate and don't talk down to employees

    Approves of CEO

I have been working at Securiguard Services full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

If you work hard you can be promoted to other positions. Over 13 1/2 years Ive been with them and Ive been promoted at least into 4 different positions due to hard work.

    Cons

Different wages for different people. They dont consider years of employment with the company or what youve done for the company so you are at a acceptable wage level.

    Advice to Management

Ensure long term people are paid well or it will effect your bottom line.
