    I worked at Sedgwick Claims Management Services full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    The management team goes above and beyond their job duties. The managers are just outstanding. Above average contact center in pay, time off, benefits and job opportunities.

    Cons

    The traffic in the Orlando area is terrible which makes it difficult to get in and out of building. But, it is like that in all of Orlando.

    Advice to Management

    They are above and beyond the best management team I ever worked for.

    I have been working at Sedgwick Claims Management Services full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    I started as a leave coordinator, was promoted to DS1 then 2... working on absence management claims sucked not sure if it was because management is unprofessional (putting it nicely) or because the step process changes constantly and nobody is ever on the same page... but after busting my butt I've gotten a position I love with a great salary and amazing management!!! Hard work does pay off! PTO is great too!

    Cons

    Insurance benefits aren't the best. Management preaches the "core values" but doesn't follow them.

    Advice to Management

    Grow up. Once you demonstrate leadership your reports will begin to respect you and strive to be proud of the work they do.

    Pros

    Opportunity to interact with CEO and Senior Leaders to share thoughts and ideas. Excellent PTO and benefits. Good values are highly respected. Pay for performance organization. Telecommuting.

    Cons

    2 things to do better: Refine the mentorship program and identify strong talent within organization and develop their strengths which will increase the value at a colleague, client and organizational level.

    Emphasis on teamwork like I've never experienced, relaxed & constructive professionalism, spotlight on individual strengths and differences - every day is an opportunity to be your best you...love this place...10 years and counting...

    Cons

    The building needs a Starbucks... :)

    Keep up the great work...continue leading by example & providing a fun, competitive, and rewarding environment...I feel so lucky to spend 7.5 hours a day in a place where I'm constantly encouraged to be my best...where, ultimately, my greatest competition is me.

    Pros

    Awesome development team! Flexible work schedule with great, stress-free environment and management. Excellent experience working with senior developers. I have learned so much!

    Cons

    Not a Full-Time position which I would like to be. My salary isn't as much s a full-time .NET developer position would bring. Otherwise, everything else is wonderful. I work with great people who love their job as much as I do.

    Pros

    I love that we can work from home. Great benefits, lots of PTO, opportunity to move up within company. They try to show appreciation to employees.

    Cons

    You do feel like a bit of a cog in a machine because you are trying to meet time and production demands. Some of the systems are a bit flawed.

    Advice to Management

    It would be nice to be able to fix some of the systems to make them a bit more streamlined.
