    No micromanagement - The expectation is that you know what needs to be completed and when.
    Management is very approachable - whether it is your direct manager or an AVP or VP or Managing Director
    You feel like your voice is heard in the company and that your view are respected
    Great benefits package with generous PTO

    Cons

    Can be chaotic at times with multiple conflicting priorities, but the work/life balance is still respected.

    Pros

    Excellent benefits and generous PTO. pay is higher than most. Lots of development opportunities. Coworkers are friendly and environment is casual and fun.

    Cons

    Nothing drastic. Sometimes it seems decisions come down from people who may not know how things go day to day.

    Pros

    Good exposure to IT. High profile clients. Real challenges and amazing amount of opportunities available. Constant work churn let’s you get you the experience you need to advance.

    Cons

    Very few raises or merit based advancement. Very easy to get pigeonholed in one position. Have to have connections to get ahead.

    Advice to Management

    Fire under performers and reward based on performance. Hire constantly to get best talent. The talent pool is very static.

    Pros

    Outstanding benefits: Heath insurance, PTO, professional development. Management is very balanced and expects you to do your job which is reasonable. Always very busy but that is the nature of claims

    Cons

    Claim volumes fluctuate but are usually higher than average (based on my experience.). This makes meeting benchmarks challenging but definitely possible with team effort
