    Pros

    Very busy, nonStop work environment. Volume of work outways number of employees, so everyone is stressed and never able to get caught up on work load. Pay is ok should be hire for the amount of work and responsibilities. Upper management does not offer practical advice on staying caught up on work . Team members quit due to high stress.

    Flexibility choosing your work schedule (start as early as 6am, latest 9am) Training program is excellent, pay is average but higher than other competitors, AMAZING support from managers/heads of the deparment

    Cons

    Work week is 37.5 hours, some areas lack support, very stressful job for most

    PTO in advance BBQ for the holidays

    Micro Management Very strict You have to use your PTO for any sick time Didn’t get a raise until 2 1/2 years later
