    Pros

Its a great place to work if you're flexible with your schedule, Great benefits from day one and PTO from day one. I work from home and love it.

    Cons

Shift bidding and starting out you don't always get what you want. you have to be willing to work in a fast paced call center environment and handle many clients and personalities.

    Pros

Flexible schedule, starts at 21 days of PTO a year, work from home, decent salary. I have never been asked to work more than 40 hours and am not micromanaged because I do my job. Overall it's a great place to work! Other departments, I've heard otherwise, however...

    Cons

They have been outsourcing other positions, creating a trickle down problem that affects everyone.
