Do you like to cry? If not, this place isn’t for you.

    Pros

You get your paycheck on time. There’s vacation time, if you can use it.

    Cons

Absolutely no work life balance. Top heavy and oblivious management. There are no raises or bonuses for technical or support staff. It’s a minimum 50hr work week and that’s still not enough to keep current. There is no extra pay for all the extra hours. Supervisors do NOT CARE about anything other than “the numbers”. All “managing” is done with reports and metrics. Don’t believe anything they say about “caring counts” or any assertion that they care about the “colleague experience”. The managers are deceptive and dishonest. If you do take a job here, watch your back. You are set up to fail. They want you to feel like you’re under the gun to perform. The expectations are intentionally unreasonably high so you won’t succeed. They want to keep your performance low so they don’t have to give you any merit raise. Vacation time goes unused bc you can’t use it bc there’s not sufficient staff to cover you. If you do use it, prepare for at least an 80hr week before you leave and when you come back. They will not staff sufficiently to provide coverage for the vacation time they give you. Clients are allowed to run amuck. Client services does not support examiners. The claims systems are frequently down. IT support hold times are consistently over an hour. Requests for support are ignored.

    Not a good experience

    Pros

Company offers decent PTO and full benefits

    Cons

Health benefits is expensive and mediocre. I don't see managers and team leads really valuing their employees. High turnover rate. They play favorites and only allow higher level staff work from home. Heavy heavy workload with unrealistic expectations. They claim to have work life balance but that's not true at all. Since you seem to get far behind in your work if you take even just one day off, I have not been able to schedule medical appointments. I Condescending team leads and co-workers who speak to you condescendingly and care more about the clients and making money for company!
