    Pros

-Very casual environment; informal clothing (i.e. leggings and tank tops) -Really nice end of the year holiday party -Very helpful in making sure that you maintain work/life balance by encouraging time off/vacation -Caseloads on average are on the lower side than other insurance companies

    Cons

-Not a lot of internal training for continuing education hours -Not really a lot of room for growth unless you want to go into Management -You can really skate by on the bare minimum; there's only a end of the year review with your manager -There's a lot of office policing - the more senior employees really come down hard on the "Millenials" and are quick to tell on other employees -Not a great onboarding/training program for new employees

    Pros

The benefits, time off and potential growth within the company. The people you meet, being able to make a difference in some peoples lives; makes it a good place to work.

    Cons

There was not a work life balance and sometimes unrealistic expectations.
