My favorite thing about working at Sedin is the amazing people. I've never worked with a team that was so dedicated and excited to be there, and that's not just because of the cool perks or the great benefits—it's because of the leadership. The management team here is incredibly grounded and genuine, and they genuinely care about the welfare of their employees. It's rare these days to find a company where people have stayed for multiple years, but it happens all the time here. And one of my favorite things about this company is how many growth opportunities there are for new hires when they come on board. Best Part: The Growth Opportunities Pros: Amazing People, Grounded Leadership

Cons: People judge a book by its cover. So it's easy for people to make assumptions based on their current office setup, but ultimately, the building is just an accessory—what matters is the work culture. And they have an amazing one!
