      Pros

      The company is at the forefront of industry, leading the way in terms of innovation (secondary market etc). The team are young, ambitious and driven. It's a great environment to work in.

      Cons

      The office is too small!

      I have been working at Seedrs full-time (More than a year)

      Pros

      - Fantastic culture.
      - Smart people and opportunities to innovate yourself.
      - Fast growing, and a real sense of purpose in your work.
      - Not a single forced work drinks or awful work event. I actually enjoy hanging out with my work colleagues, and it most employees share my view.
      - Amazing responsibility. There's plenty of young people in management positions moving up very fast in their careers.
      - A really, really smart and approachable exec team. The leadership of Seedrs is in good hands.

      Cons

      - A lack of transparency in progression (but normal for a high-growth startup and management have really tried hard to fix this over the last 6 months)
      - Salaries (but definitely worth lower earnings for the sense of purpose and far heightened responsibility vs a cushy corporate job)

      Loads of great ideas around the company, but need to push new products/services a bit quicker

      Good salary, great culture, amazing people. The best company I ever worked.

      The career progression is not clear. You have to make your own path (which is not necessarily bad)

      Pros

      Really strong morale and fantastic working culture, no one is micromanaged and no restrictive seniority structure in place, we are all encouraged to think independently and to be entrepreneurial! Really enjoyable place to work and super exciting to be involved in Seedrs' growth!

      Office is getting tight, but we're expanding

      Opportunity to meet a range of inspirational founders and businesses

      Long-term thinking business that is product and user-focussed

      Hard working team who are helpful and passionate about their work

      Regular company updates with Q&As from CEO / Exec Team

      Autonomy in your workday and the ability to make a direct impact to the business

      Office perks ie. hot desking, lunch and learns, socials, and free Oppo ice cream

      Cons

      Lack of process in some areas but feedback is frequently taken on board from senior management. This comes with the "get it done" culture that is endorsed.

      Advice to Management

      Continue to scale and implement even more processes for marketing, BD and product to communicate effectively.
