    I worked at Select Call Center full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    Select has great benefits and after a year they pay 100% of the premium

    Cons

    This is a poorly managed company, they have no flexibility on shifts, there is a severe lack of communication. There is no IT department so problems arise all the time.
