I worked at Select Energy Services full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

There are a lot of good people that work for this company, people that are willing to help you learn and grown.

    Cons

Work stability is never a given based on the industry - hard to keep with the ever changing pace of ups and downs.

    Advice to Management

Make sure to show appreciation for employees that perform quality work on a daily basis; treating people as disposable personnel will erode the quality of service and overall business.
