    Great place to start out

    Pros

Large company with a lot of resources. Reasonable expectations regarding daily volume and productivity requirements.

    Cons

CEU structure is limiting to outside courses. Most approved CEU expenses are all internal courses. Limited spots for popular topics.

Terrible leadership, terrible patient care, high burnout, micromanagement.

    Business Outlook

    Pros

Literally none. I left as soon as I could get another job .

    Cons

Pay is low, they force you to see two patients at a time with no tech assistance at all. Poor communication from leadership. Micromanagement like I've neer seen. Treat their PT's like high schoolers not professional doctors. I stayed for a few months and got out as soon as I had an opportunity. When concerns are brought, they turn it around on you like it's your fault that something is wrong. Select leadership prioritizes money more than their therapists and more than their patients. You are better off working at a mill seeing 4 patients an hour than dealing with the Select lack of professionalism and poor company culture.

    Good people following bad orders

Aug 18, 2021 - Business Analyst in Mechanicsburg, PA
    Recommend
    CEO Approval
    Business Outlook

    Pros

Friendly people, collaborative work environment, rewards longevity with the company, vast array of responsibilities give opportunities to explore new things within your team.

    Cons

Friendly attitude and experience is often more important than job skills. Lots of nepotism. Leadership is aggressive with expansion plans but often unwilling to do planning to see them through. All vendors are selected by lowest price, which can make work unpleasant. Responsibilities are a double edged sword. You often find yourself doing work one level above your station and the pay is below state/national average. Speed is always preferred over quality.

Decent job with some room for improvement

    Aug 2, 2021 - Anonymous Employee
    Recommend

    Business Outlook

    Pros

Decent management and HR teams. Great benefits. Room to advance up the ranks and into other departments if you choose.

    Cons

Limited schedule flexibility and on average, fairly low wages. If you excel, you will be likely be expected to work harder then other employees for same wages without much recognition or promotion unless you build a solid relationship with upper management.
