    Advice to Management

Listen to your successful employees rather than ignoring them and treating them as minions. Companies are made to succeed from the efforts of employees, not bosses. I first hand observed a highly successful clinic (surpassing budget monthly for 2.5 years) fall apart within 6 months of Select coming in with new management style and personnel. All because they didn't want to listen to our input and they just had to have it their way. Well, have it your way. Now the clinic's on the brink of closure being held on for desperation by a traveling therapist who's about to leave as well. Guess it all worked out for you.
