    Pros

    It was ok pay wise but not enough for how rude customers are and how much stress job is.

    Cons

    Stressfull- alot of infomation and blame shifting to agents. Was not high enough pay for the stress it causes.

    Advice to Management

    Care more about agents and the stress you put on them. The agents already have enough to worry about. Dont keep making up things for the agents to be marked down for QA wise especially if it is not a government regulation.

    Pros

    They pay is decent. You accrue vacation weekly.

    Cons

    No communication. Training is supposed to be straight across and same for everyone , however it appears the office in Jacksonville either gets no training or not the same training. You can only excel if you know someone. That fact that your knowledgeable has no merit. They promote people who can put in a good show. You can be clueless at how to do the job but if you know the right people then again you can get promoted. They say they will work with you to get the time off you need but they don’t.

    Advice to Management

    Treat everyone the same and give everyone the same opportunity. If you say are willing to work with people for time off then you should do it.

    I cannot think of any pros.

    Cons

    I worked for this company for six years. The training in some departments is poor but the largest problem has been the poor management of the Jacksonville office causing around 60 people to either lose their job or be forced to work in the call center. Due to poor management, they had to "make a business decision" to out-source a large department to India and the rest back to the corporate office in Utah. I was asked by upper management to write conclusion letters to customers that I knew the information was incorrect.

    Pros

    Pay is above average for the call center

    Cons

    Everything else. Management does not care about employees and every supervisor has a different answer regarding policies and procedures.

    Care more about individual needs

    But not enough to put up with the management and the intensity with which they crack their whips.
