    Pros

    Autonomy, great schedule, competitive pay

    Cons

Turnover in administration and on the floor, physical location in need of updates

    Advice to Management

Continue to try and improve retention and continue working on company morale. Otherwise, an excellent company to work for :)

    Pros

    great salary for the job

    Cons

CEO hard to please at all times

    Advice to Management

Try working with your employees not talk at them. Don't tell them something is okay, then blame them if what was sent wasn't okay but you failed to find the mistakes with it. Take responsibility for your actions.

I have been working at Select Specialty Hospitals full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Absolutely Nothing. I feel horrible for the patient who are forced to come to this location.

    Cons

Everthing. The administration care more about getting patients instead of what is needed for the patients, if they should be referred to hospice.

    Advice to Management

Know what you are doing. The "New" Management here is HORRIBLE!!! The worst I have ever experienced!!!

I have been working at Select Specialty Hospitals full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

salary and maybe? benefits? flexibility if corporate deems it appropriate.

    Cons

Do you guys value your employees at all?

    Advice to Management

maybe it's time to look at your employees and value those that do a good job. Constant turnover should be obvious to you that corporate needs to change their culture. Not all markets are the same....a little bit of research would go a long way.

I worked at Select Specialty Hospitals full-time

    Pros

Once you've done time at Select, anywhere else seems like a breeze.

    Cons

High staff to patient ratios, case managers are not compassionate and clearly have no knowledge, doctor's are overworked and so scattered and don't follow the patients enough to truly be able to tell what is going on. No management support, they are stuck in their offices, gossiping and covering each other's backs. State is constantly in, but somehow management slithers away with no consequences. All about the money for corporate, not patient care.

    Advice to Management

Actually hire staff that is knowledgeable, trim some management, no reason for all those layers. Get on the floor
