      Pros

There is always a need for PCT's and nurses. There is an opportunity to make good pay there and room for advancement. They were always great to work with me if I was only able to work half a shift when called to come in.

      Cons

Always worked short staffed. Never enough employees and nurses and PCT are always exhausted. The work is physically and emotionally hard, like most healthcare positions.
