I worked at Select Therapies full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Different facilities available. Pay in line with other companies. Average time off accrual. Full time benefits at 30 hours. Very limited pros.

    Cons

Inexperienced department managers. Expectations change from facility to facility. PRN staff treated better than full time staff. Upper management doesn't listen.

I worked at Select Therapies full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Typically higher hour lypay rate; good PTO time, provides money for continuing education

    Cons

Poor management, disorganized schedules, unachievable and fluctuating expectations, poor training, inconsistent and inappropriately staffed therapy department, lack of strong non-bias leadership

    Advice to Management

Listen to therapist’s complaints and requests; value their clinical judgment and make changes in a timely manner; increase involvement of senior management; provide training/education for continued professional growth and development within the work place
