I have been working at SelectResources International full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

You get to see both sides of both agency and client life and are the liaison between the two.
Opportunity to work with high level executives of companies and agencies even if you are just a coordinator.
You get to work closely with the Senior Partners and form working relationships with them.

    Cons

You have to be comfortable working in a very small office setting with only 4-5 people in the office.
Can be monotonous and a little slow paced at times.
No room for growth if you are starting at the coordinator level. You are either a Senior Partner or a coordinator, there is no in between.
