    Business Start-Ups to get enough momentum to get off ground is extremely challenging and sacrificial. You'll fail so many times over until it clicks. Most do not possess mental stability required in order get back up, brush themselves off only 2 try again. The quicker you fail faster you succeed in this industry

    Keep providing the necessary tools and trainings to grant folks into the vision when before sight is all they had equipped.

    I enjoy flexibility and travel while working with various governmental agencies and international law firms, US courts. U.S. attorneys offices, DEA and the like.

    Cons

    no pension, no insurance, etc. and practically no days off.

    Advice to Management

    Beware of who you hire for such positions. Get seasoned interpreters translators and do not hire any interpreters of the street just because they know the street language.

    Pros

    I'm self employed & I've been doing hair for over 15 years and NYC has been by far the best area ever worked in. There are always people wanting to look good.

    Cons

    There are 0 benefits health/ sick pay/ paid vacation. You must allocate for this.

    Advice to Management

    I am my own boss so the best advice I can say is learn to budget, recognize the patterns year in and out of when you're slow and when you are more productive.
