    Expanded job responsibilities in general and management accounting, flexibility in work schedule. Opportunity to help volunteer company outreach events and funding programs.
    Work more closely with department and programs staff.

    Cons

    With increased road traffic, working towards a more efficient way in daily Commute to work.

    Keep the Good Teamwork, Open Door Policy in the Workplace, the hardworking Programs Staff and Directors who takes great responsibility with their own jobs.

    Always get hours, even through you have to really like the coordinator to get good cases

    low pay, i was working there for 10 years and got a fifty cent raise

    Pros

    Great co-workers and teams. Everyone is mostly friendly.
    Open to switching departments and positions within the company. This leads to many opportunities to acquire new skill sets.

    Cons

    Management 'encourages' employees to volunteer at events (weekends, week nights).

    Advice to Management

    Management could use a reminder of what the actual work is really like in the present and not what it was like in the past.

    The Mission is great and they help some elders in need.

    Cons

    Low pay, poor benefits, poor management, poor culture, overworked

    Advice to Management

    Give back to the employees by giving them better pay, better benefits, and change the culture asap or people will continue to leave

    Pros

    You are working for a cause so every hard work paid off and in the end, will somehow make you feel good deep down.
    Lots of fundraising events where you'll meet some cool government officials or companies. Events are repetitive every year, some are fun and some are getting less creative.

    Cons

    low-pay
    no career advancement
    management are not open/adaptive to creative ideas
