Bi-weekly pay, Organized structure for timesheets management, payroll management, Immigration.
Not enough opportunity to move up the ladder.
Advice to Management
Incorporate a feedback loop from contracting employees and regular contact would improve Employee satisfaction.

Did not have problems in Immigration matters.
Not impressed by their Marketing team. Was able to find better rates on my own. Not many direct clients for Java/JEE technologies. Pay sometimes gets delayed and employees get notified at the last minute.
