Good people and good leadership. Sales leaders are good, too. Enjoyed the culture and the people I worked with. It is a great medical device entry point. A lot of people stay a very long time. I left to get on with a bigger company.

Very understanding management team when it comes to family. Fun atmosphere. If you work hard, you will gain a lot.

Most of the management is great and can be trusted, there are a few that seem to be very rude, somewhat manipulative and only out for their own self interest

Very good compensation and benefits. Enjoy the people I work with. This company does a lot for the community via charitable donations, etc. And for employees by way of company events and recognition.

Not a lot of room for advancement depending on the position you are in but that could change down the road. Small company mindset will not work as well as the company continues to grow. There is a bigger need for structure, including policies, procedures and training programs.

Coworkers are great and middle management truly wants to see you successful, just as they seek to be successful. This company is a great place to get your feet wet in the industry, but long-term success is going to be hard to come by.

Sempermed is not good at keeping their sales staff inspired or competitively compensated. Not every division at Sempermed is the same, however, so take this comment lightly. On the sales side, they have a hard time keeping long-term representatives for these reasons. As with any company, you often get what you put into it, but with Sempermed you might have to put in a little more than expected.

This is a growing company with a desire to move forward in the industry. They do offer benefits, excellent perks, and a competitive salary. They want their employees to succeed in their business.

There are clicks at SempermedUSA. If you do not conform to these clicks, they can make your work experience very difficult. This type of work environment lent itself to gossip and backstabbing, which for a smaller company makes for unhappy employees.

At Sempermed, we are provided a friendly and cooperative workplace. They bring in lunch for the employees every Friday and we have Semper Fun Days as well as other company events. They provide great benefits as well as being a charitable. We are a growing company especially in our capacities for production over seas.

The company brings in lunch on Fridays. They provide detailed training for new hires. This company likes to drink and party. They give out an award each year to the person that can drink the most, stay out the latest and still perform at their job the next day. (Big dog)

This company lacks goals and direction from upper management. If you work here, you have to be comfortable with chaos and constant contradiction from management. Overall Employee morale was very low at this company. The working atmosphere lacks professionalism and Is negative. There are frequent yelling outburst and even the use of profanity in meetings. There is a very high turnover rate each year at Sempermed. The overall income is also much lower than promised. The Sales reports are also off. Sales reps complain about missing sales tracings and lack of compensation for their account closes.
