    Pros

Senator is a smaller company, meaning that you may have the opportunity to learn new things and cross-train. When I was there, I was able to shape my position.

    Cons

Senator pays below market value and has been going through a lot of repeated layoffs over the past two years.

    Advice to Management

Senator Germany seems to be hasty in their top management (executive) choices. They have terminated a lot of US company presidents, resulting in a lot of upheaval for the US office.
