      Pros

I worked on the sales floor and you can easily make over 100k, it's possible to make over 200k. You have to really commit yourself to it though, especially during the first 3 - 6 months. During that time if you focus on learning the sale, really grind away and put in extra hours to help you ramp up you will make good money. Once you have a good client base you can make good money working in a great atmosphere 39 hours...

      Cons

You have to be driven to see past the first 6 months where you won't really be making any commission. I worked at Seneca One Finance full-time for more than 2 years

      Pros

Company flew me and my fellown new hires to headquarters, and put us up at a very nice suburban Washington, D.C. hotel. We got to attend the Crhistmas party as well; all expenses were paid for by Seneca One. Impressive.

      Cons

Worked in their satellite office in Texas. Switched product on us, and then never gave us very needed marketing support for new product. Turned into a no-win situation, and sweat shop as well. I should have quit when my boss quit. I did not. Should have quit when my boss's boss quit. I did not. Shame on me for sticking it out.

      Advice to Management

Learn to think ahead and plan accordingly.
