I worked at Seneca Resorts & Casinos full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

Free lunch, free workout room and nurse on premises at Niagara.

    Cons

Employee morale is horrible. As low as it can get. Management plays favorites and no one ever feels secure in their job.

    Advice to Management

Follow the TERO guidelines. Stop playing favorites. Listen better to employee concerns.

I have been working at Seneca Resorts & Casinos

    Pros

Free lunch, paid breaks, tipping environment, progressive atmosphere, excellent co-workers.

    Cons

Corporate red-tape and (not surprisingly) Native-centric advancement system. Benefits may seem lacking even for full-time employees.

    Advice to Management

If someone is failing in their management job don't keep them there just because they're native. Find better solutions.
