I worked at Seneca Resorts & Casinos full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Fair pay and good benefits (vacation, sick days, meals)

    Cons

Not to impress in the way they handle some employee matters. Being Native American owned and operated, employment of Navtive Americans come first, therefore you can be overlooked for a job if a Native American is appling for it too. Also because of that rule there is an impact on Management.

    Advice to Management

Think some of their views on employee customers service needs review.

    Pros

Free food, offered college accredited courses for free.

    Cons

Bad management: will pass over you if you are not Tier one native American. It does say they in their handbook they will have preference, so no, they are not an equal opportunity corporation even if they say they are. And to much favoritism.
