The job is very easy The pay is great Co-workers are tight knit Free food on breaks 20 minute break every 40-80 minutes
Cons
You'll get sworn at, berated, and treated like a punching bag every shift Half the patrons are drunk, they blow smoke in your face, and get into fights with each other
Advice to Management
It's against policy to talk about other players, so the lack of empathy in that regard is understandable. Although it would be tremendously difficult to switch up the road map halfway through a shift.. opting to not have to deal to the same players for 8 hours would go a long way.

Cons
when I was hired I choose to work part time hrs but my hrs were just short of fulltime and I was unable to receive benefits. also I was hired to work day hrs and was scheduled evenings. The second hand smoke is terrible.

Pros
The people that you work with are for the most part all good people, they have a pretty good benefit package with 3% 401k match, and free food.
Cons
The clientele is for the most part decent people, but on a daily basis you are required to accommodate problem gamblers, chain smokers, and alcoholics who expect the world from you. The second had cigarette smoke is probably one of the biggest cons, also a very unrewarding job, nos sense of accomplishment when you punch out for the day. There is also a lack of experience in upper management.
Advice to Management
Try and keep entry level employees best interest in mind... they are your front line! Poor team morale makes for a poor customer service experience.
