    Disapproves of CEO

I worked at Senior Operations full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

This is a great place to learn two things:
    - How to work with Aerospace parts
    - Learn how to not lead a company

The people you work with are alright and it's a great place to get training before applying to Boeing.

    Cons

While they do have a great starting system for people to learn the job, the Management team cares very little if at all for the employees or the community at large. By showing indisputable signs of favoritism, raises that even illegal immigrant workers would be upset with, and just a general nature of showing no appreciation to its employees. They sit you down for a review and have no idea about your personal performance if you ask for numbers. If you're on the night shift, you can forget about ever being noticed or recognized. Remember, use this place as a foothold into the aerospace industry but this is definitely not a career opportunity.

    Advice to Management

Stop showing favoritism, stop sending work overseas, pay your people what the industry demands, give incentive goals that are attainable, actually listen to your employees and show some appreciation. This company used to be community and family oriented with the goal of everyone succeeding, and now it's become another corporate run, money hungry hole that is only focused on pleasing the investors and share-holders.

    Pros

Slightly better than average employee programs & benefits are offered; tuition reimbursement is also available.

    Cons

Much of the staff/management has been employed there for much of their adult lives and tend to be somewhat closed-minded to newcomers.

    Advice to Management

Be more open to change and realize that "they way we have always done it" may not be the best answer to current business trends.
