    Pros

The residents, building is nice though it does not reflect the residents $4,000 monthly rent!

    Cons

There is more fraud taking place in these facilities than you could possibly imagine! It sickens me that these residents are being taken on a daily basis by SRG. They lie to get them in here and lie to keep them here. Half of the Assisted Living staff don't even speak English for Christ sake. There is no fine dining, nor top of the line trained caregivers. The pay is crap and if you don't keep a careful eye on your paycheck I guarantee you will find discrepancies. I would never put a member of my family in one of these communities not will I ever work for an SRG company again. And I'm being forced to give a one star rating just to submit my review, even one star would be a stretch.

    Advice to Management

    Quit stealing from your clients!!

I worked at Senior Resource Group part-time

    Pros

Liked my employees and the manager as well. Food actually tastes pretty good here-at the end of the shift you're allowed to get free food. On your birthday you get paid if you don't work, and get paid double if you do work. Not a job someone wants for full-time work.

    Cons

Your pay gets put onto a card?

    Pros

    NONE! There are no Pros.

    Cons

EVERYTHING! Not an employee friendly corporation.

    Advice to Management

SRG SUCKS! It is not an employee friendly company at all, I have caught you guys telling lies and false promises to all the staff members, and even to the residents. I can't even set up a 401K because of the hoops you put me through. Your holiday pay is a joke, not at all what your SRG handbook says. It's easier to find a better job then meet your unrealistic bonus policies. Should I show up to work with swine flu so I wont miss out on part of my bonus and jeopardize the safety of your residents? I get better bonuses from my banks cash rewards card and Starbucks then your corporation. Your "Welcome to SRG" video for the employees and residents was a cookie cut fantasy film. The best part was watching our ED try to sell your snake oil to us and then give his notice, which i'm sure is a common problem for you. I don't want to waste to much of my time on this review, because if I was on the clock...you wouldn't be able to afford it in your budget. I will thank you for the money i'm making from all the referrals I give to your competitors though.......you'll see it on your next review.

I have been working at Senior Resource Group full-time

    Pros

Beautiful building, most departments are in order. Residents are great and friendly upper class people. Fairly clean

    Cons

The staff is constantly rotating out. Managers are very clicked up. Staff including manager are rotating out.

    Advice to Management

Work towards learning how to speak to staff in a respectful manner. Give respect and you will get respect. Lead by example, engage in helping with the work load and not just depending on the staff to fill in on everything. It is suppose to be a team effort not dictatorship.
