Pros
Flexible starting times ( but that is the ONLY good thing about the whole company) there is NOTHING ELSE GOOD ABOUT THIS PLACE
Cons
Poor management. Lack of training. Toxic atmosphere where bullying is encouraged. Miserable soulless unfriendly atmosphere in office. Long hours, very heavy workload. Culture of blame throughout company. Very high staff turnover. Have to say my experience was that this was the very worst place I have ever worked in.

Pros
Just another Job in town.......right now one of the worse companies to work in Mexicali.
Cons
Everything you don't want to find from a job you'll find at Sensata/Wabash Mexicali. Poor management with no idea how to drive an operation to the next level. Plant management is a bunch of guys with all their professional life inside Wabash/Sensata with no skills, competence and leadership required.

Pros
There are a great number of managers and teams that are enjoyable to work. They have growth through several major acquisitions so there are many areas for opportunity.
Cons
The number of great managers is far exceeded by the number of poor managers with little to no management experience or training. Most of the leadership is selfish and has little concern for the career advancement of their team members.
