the company has a toxic feel, little to no team work plagiarism is par for the course. The yearly review system is designed to create silos instead of teams.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. While we are happy to hear you enjoy working with you colleagues and that you feel supported, we are disappointed to hear that you are not satisfied with your work life balance. We strongly believe in having a positive work life balance and recommend speaking with your manager or HRBP about ways to improve or manage expectations. - Jaclyn Treveloni, Senior Director, HR

Pros
Avoid Layoffs Allows for a good work life balance
Cons
Company hasn't allowed office supplies to be ordered in 6 months and has stopped all Merit raises for this year. Appears to be out of money. Every year for the past three years the health insurance plan has been downgraded. Almost no opportunity for advancement

Pros
Flexible work life balance and working from home and advancing fast in market. Good career opportunities and overall great management team.
Cons
Probably a little lack of structure growing too fast too soon and does not have the structure to support it. Some departments like HR and IT are really lacking in skills and communication.

Pros
Most of the people you will work with are very nice! I've often stayed after working time is over to support, as most of my colleagues did when we have to finalize something. You will have the opportunity to work for one of the matket leaders with modern software and equipment!
Cons
Totally incompetent HR locally in Bulgaria! Every interaction you will have with those 'managers-wanna-be' will be terrible! When you talk with most of the people they will tell you the same. The main problem is that from corporate they don't see that as an issue or don't care. Therefore this stays without any consequences except for people to get demotivated! Work/life balance in the company is extremely hard. There is always a crisis. When one is over the next one is coming..
