"not a place to waste your time"

    Pros

The small working environment promote a fast interaction.
Most of people are friendly and nice to work with.

    Cons

The big problem is the CEO himself. This guy believes everything must turn around him and anything that does not come from him is not valid. He has a micro management style and not any long term vision for the company. The goals change almost weekly and projects never end. This is the most unstable working environment I've ever seen (and I've seen a lot).

    Advice to Management

Find a more productive CEO! your investment will make sense.

    Disapproves of CEO

I worked at Sensio Technologies full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Good patents portfolio, used to have qualified and hard working employees.

    Cons

The CEO is the most awful, egocentric, narcissistic and irrespectful person alive.

    Advice to Management

Get rid of the CEO until it's too late. Giving him his golden parachute is more profitable than letting him destroy the company.

    Negative Outlook

I worked at Sensio Technologies full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    * Small team makes it possible to work on very varied things.
    * Emerging market (3D) makes it possible to get insides of the CE industry with big name in Korea, Japan and China.
    * Possibility of travels all around the world, depending on the position.
    * Technology company with a business model based on patents.

    Cons

    * No budget: you have to work with nothing and the expectation is that you'll overperform.
    * Everything is channeled through the CEO, from big strategic decisions down to coma placement in a one page internal memo.
    * CEO has a clear Narcissistic personnality disorder. He'll manipulate his employees to his own benefit and will often create internal infighting to have his way.
    * Goals are obscures at best, with frequent changes where the employee is always considered at fault.

    Advice to Management

My advice would be to the Chairman of the board : get rid of the CEO and put someone with real experience there. Someone that will form a good team and let them work, all for the benefit of shareholders and employees.
