I worked at Sentry Security & Investigations full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Has protencial an go so far. I wish I could still be with Sentry but I had more cons to say then pros.

    Cons

No shifts other than nights. It's not 10.00 like it says here. And quick to write you up even if you haven't been there. ALSO need more positions two- three supervisors aren't good enough. An no weapons of any sort is a Very big issue. Just a flashlight and phone doesn't save your guards. Other hotels have weapons top reason why I left.

    Advice to Management

Get more supervisors or promote your crew members. An more supervisors at night not just one. Stop being snobby with the money!
