    Company values and opportunity for elevation. Sense of equality and respect between managers and employees.

    Cons

    No work-life balance! Elevation gets pushed back for so long. Appraisals are never enough!

    Upbeat atmosphere, fun cast members, enthusiasm

    no commission, artists can't accept tips

    Advice to Management

    Should have more incentive for cast members, especially for artists doing make overs. Bummer that they can't accept any tips and there is no sales commission.

    Shift goes by quickly because it's usually busy, fun environment, get to try and test new products everyday. Gratis, friendly coworkers

    Cons

    They expect you to stay in one area and not actually do much. I'm a problem solver and like to get things done, but you're mainly there to watch over products.

    Advice to Management

    Trust the people you hire, a lot of micro-managing isn't needed. Try to place blame on new-hires but really it was older employees messing some stuff up.

    I love the company and the over all team.

    Cons

    We cannot perform at our best when we do not have the support that we need in order to give the client the experience they deserve. Theft is an issue because of this and cast are quitting or transferring. This is creating a lot of stress. I don't know how much pressure this chain can take before the links begin to break.

    Find us more people!
