    Pros

    everyone listens, esp. supervisors and director, always an open door and there when I need them. Professional and caring, for employees and clients!! I have worked here a long time. I think in this buisness there are some that need to be frequently :voted off the island" and they should - kids progress is at stake. Kudos to the Belfast team

    Cons

    The hours of work - but that is noones fault, kids get home from school in the pm

    Advice to Management

    keep trucking - you have a great team. Unlike the last employee.

    Excellent training and supervisory guidance
    Very rewarding experience for the time I was employed with Sequel

    Cons

    The kids we mentor are a handful, but that comes with the job.
    Low pay for supervisors, youth counselors make more after overtime, which supervisors do not get on salary

    Pay increases for group and team leaders

    Complete flexibility in schedule, work from home, wonderful supervisors, and Program Manger. Benefits and lots of time off.

    Cons

    Pay is awful for the position that requires a 4 year degree. No room for advancement.

    Review the salary and become more competitive to stop employee turnover.

    Pros

    Sequel has always had a family atmosphere and no matter what level someone is they do generally care for their staff. There is always the opportunity for advancement as long as you "Do the Right Thing"!

    At this time I cannot think of any cons to employment with Sequel.

    Great people. Supervisors are always there to Support you. Most flexible position Ive ever had. Work from home.

    Not the best rate of pay.

    Try to get more money for your staff, even small raises provide incentives.

    Pros

    Many companies dictate the terms of your employment, leaving people feeling closed in and unable to access their personality and creativity. Quite the opposite with Sequel. Healthy conflict, idea sharing, and embracing a team concept are important. I have always been encouraged to bring new ideas to the table and challenge complacency. After 10 years and advancement through a wide variety of positions, i continue to believe that Sequel prioritizes their staff and clients in a way that is unrivaled in our field. Emphasis has always been placed on training and access to growth opportunities, it comes down to the individual and their willingness to take advantage.

    Cons

    Nothing out of the ordinary. This is a job, but you have an opportunity to turn it into much more and find happiness in the positive impact you can have.

    Keep growing.
