Very involved CEO, good people, fair treatment. Management has your back.
Cons
Splitting hours between multiple clients is challenging. The nature of the business requires flexibility in job functions. Sometimes you're a project manager, sometimes you're a business analyst, sometimes you're an engineer... depending on what the client needs.

Good Diversity, Low Pay

Opportunities for everyone to start and get experience.
Cons
Low pay, no training, no guidance - training provided by client.

Pros
Always pushing to move forward. Because the team consists of experienced PMs, company initiatives move rather quickly. Leadership team will consult for clients too so their experiences are relatable. Most of the work is still remote which provides great flexibility. Pay is competitive.
Cons
Some of us travel often, and we’re spread throughout the country, so planning an event to see each other is challenging.

Pros
1. Great and knowledgeable people with a wide range of skills from different parts of the biotechnology world. 2. Job is mostly hybrid/remote which is great for families with young children.
Cons
1. 401K matching is lower than expected. 2. No employee stock options. 3. No real internal training to increase the team's efficacy to deliver milestones. 4. Tuition reimbursement is subpar with time restrictions. for example, If I left the company within a year of using this option, I would have to pay this back at 100%. This does not encourage career/knowledge development. 5. Raises/promotions are ambiguous at best.
