I have been working at Sequoia Consulting Group full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    - The CEO has a great head on here shoulders and understands the nature of the industry
    - Various levels of top executive experience and knowledge for numerous positions which allows for mentoring, coaching, and providing guidance.
    - Family oriented organization
    - Open-minded atmosphere for new products and/or services development for business professionals
    - Great benefits, quick expansion, and always willing to invest in their employees
    - Maintains a trustworthy and consistent business relationship with their clients, vendors, and employees.
    - Treats their employees with respect, trust and fairness.

    Cons

Luckily, there are no disadvantages that I've experienced, heard of or personally witnessed to devalue this companies name.

The very minor con which is not necessarily based on the company but more so their clients. Some of the clients need to recognize a consultant from a normal contracted employee.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the great work!

    Pros

Sequoia Consulting Group is committed to serving the entire life science value chain, and we continue to expand our expertise in the skills and technology required for an efficient and effective supply of life changing medical products.

Sequoia employees have deep and broad industry experience. We know the process, the regulations and the technology, and we work cross-functionally to develop effective, sustainable solutions that stand up to validation and qualification. We take responsibility for the entire project, from research and design through approvals and into production. We’ve worked for the industry leaders and we’ve worked with the FDA, so we know how to work collaboratively, avoid the pitfalls of working in silos and do it right the first time.

    Fantastic leadership and growth opportunities!!!

    Cons

Sequoia has many opportunities to choose from that foster growth and challenge!
    Spread the word.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the great work!
