Pros
Cares for their people and their clients. Militantly privately owned which means they can focus on building out great solutions for their clients without worrying about stockholders.
Cons
Questionable work life balance sometimes, but they have implemented mental health days and value employees taking their PTO.
- Current Employee, less than 1 year★★★★★
Pros
1. Great and knowledgeable people with a wide range of skills from different parts of the biotechnology world. 2. Job is mostly hybrid/remote which is great for families with young children.
Cons
1. 401K matching is lower than expected. 2. No employee stock options. 3. No real internal training to increase the team's efficacy to deliver milestones. 4. Tuition reimbursement is subpar with time restrictions. for example, If I left the company within a year of using this option, I would have to pay this back at 100%. This does not encourage career/knowledge development. 5. Raises/promotions are ambiguous at best.
