    Pros

    -Not too difficult work.
-Good if you have a movement-impairing disability
-Good pay for the location I'm in.
-The hours can be great if you have children.

    Cons

-The management isn't too concerned about their employees.
-All they talk about is how important the consumer is, but then get on to you about numbers every day and wants you to rush calls and interactions.

    Advice to Management

-Make up your mind and stand behind your team when there are problems.

I have been working at Serco Group full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

It gave many people jobs, insurance, and training that could be helpful at another position. It enabled some people to face fears of being on the phone.

    Cons

Dress code is crazy, benefits are insane for a family, ebb and flow of work, system shut downs continually, lots of gossip among co workers and supervisors, rules change daily without notice

    Advice to Management

Realize you are dealing with people and accommodate their needs. Make all changes a the beginning of shifts, allow doctors notes, revisit benefits package

I have been working at Serco Group full-time

    Pros

It's not hard work, you're indoors, and decent benefits

    Cons

Night shift is terrible, to many policies from contract policies, serco policies, then site policies, they don't have all the policies posted so you can't read them all

    Advice to Management

Control your teams better, get togeather with other supervisor and come to one standard instead of each team able todo different things, it causes to much drama and conflict between teams
