    I worked at Serta full-time

    Pros

    Good steady work. Good subordinates.

    Cons

Management doesn't listen to new ideas and too rigid in their mind-set. They have an idea in their head and if something doesn't fit that, then won't consider anything slightly different. Seems to manage by fear sometimes.

    Advice to Management

Be more open to new ideas from the lower ranks. They do the work so they should know when something isn't right.

    Pros

Decent pay, overtime allowed, they are taking steps to improve employee situations and admitting downfalls and plan to change operations.

    Cons

Work hours always vary, you can work 70 hours 1 week and then 20 the next. Personal life is hard to plan since you never know when your shift ends.

    Cons

Management treats their employees terribly. Dishonest would be the best word to describe them. Safety is important- AS LONG AS IT DOESN'T GET IN THE WAY OF SERTA MAKING A BUCK. They lie to their customers and their employees.
