I have been working at Servest full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

L&D great and massive amounts of training and development opportunities
    Also paid on time
Great friendly atmosphere and support within my division and will do anything for each other
Feel appreciated and you will always go the extra mile for a great employer
Worked for Servest for 9 years and developed with the support into a role I would never of guessed I would be doing when I started. Still get the chance from time to time to do more of the operations roles

    Cons

Could do with a little more work on integrating the company into one. Has been happening more with new contract wins which have forced this.
Pay rises and getting vehicles sorted an issue for those already in roles

    Advice to Management

Keep adding to the teams and finding the little gems that we have in the business.
Don't forget what's outside of head office and maybe get the admin teams to experience the operations especially around our busy times of Christmas. Will offer a great understanding

    Advice to Management

I think Christmas/ New year and bank holidays should monitored to wheather we should be open or not, as some of the bank hols have been very quite.

I have been working at Servest full-time

    Pros

I started working for Servest two years ago with a junior role in Administration, within a year i applied Internally for another role, a role that had more potential, something that i can make a career out of and continue to develop and learn. Having no experience within that department, Servest could see potential in me and a year on i have learn so much and will continue to do so.
How many company's would give opportunities like this to there staff?

    Cons

    No cons within the company.
