    Flexible work hours, able to work from home, great benefits and salary, company has a great reputation for helping people and lives their vision, management cares about employees and solicits feedback often

    work is fast paced so this is not the place for people who can't keep up

    Little pay. Poor atmosphere etc.

    Advice to Management

    The pay is very poor seeing as though the work load is over whelming. The job has a million job tasks and all of those tasks have due dates! SAM is about quantity, not the quality of service provided to clients. When those dates are not met, you'll be threatened with HR, there are no exceptions. Even when you aren't behind, the supervisors don't care how late you work to get them in early because they are very anal about...

    I have been working at Service, Access & Management full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    As an employee, you get a lot of personal/holiday time to use whenever you want. You get to make your own hours, and work when you want.

    Cons

    You better make your billable units, or your work doesn’t matter. SAM is about quantity over quality, and they’re not afraid to tell you about it. There is little to no communication, with even less support from management. If you don’t like your supervisor, or feel you’re not supported, too bad.

    Advice to Management

    Listen to your employees. Assist them in their goals, instead of telling them to do better or you’re fired.
