    Pros

    There are many great, hard working people that believe in the company. Thousands of satisfied customers.

    Cons

    Upper management continues to make decisions that are not in the best interest of the company.

    Pros

    They have plenty of work for field techs.

    Cons

    Everyone is over worked and under payed. Upper managements decisions cause a bad work enviorment. You dont know from day to day if tour job will be elemenated.

    I worked at Service America (Less than a year)

    Pros

    A check, commissions of 3% if they decide to pay you. Health insurance (obama care) dental optical health etc... Decent people to work with, as long as its not certain management.

    Cons

    under paid, very poor training on computer system, very exceptional customer contracts forcing employees to take their personal time to cunduct company business, dishonest with both customers and employees, forcing employees to take on additional responsibilities without training of compensation. Just to name a few

    You get to learn a few good things about the business and how it works alone with some info about AC, appliances and plumbing

    Cons

    Very unorganized company with a lack of good responsible hands on leadership and almost non existing training

    Great coworkers could be a great company

    After working here for a number of years there have been so many cuts that it's becoming too expensive to think about continuing working there.

    The people that work there are the fun and approachable for the most part. Nice culture overall.

    Accountability, operational procedures are lacking

    Pros

    The service provided to customers was an excellent value. Good people trying to to good things for all types of people across the State of Florida.

    Cons

    New management does not have the same values towards the employees as previous management did.

    Take care of the employees.

    I'm glad to have a job in today's economy but that's the only reason I stay here.

    no sick pay, vacations, etc
